5. Client Responsibilities: By engaging our services, clients undertake the responsibility of providing accurate and timely information essential for the completion of projects. Any delays stemming from incomplete or deferred client input could potentially affect project timelines and deadlines.

6. Maintenance of Confidentiality: Both parties pledge to uphold the confidentiality of non-public information shared throughout the business relationship, including project particulars and financial data.

7. Termination: Either party possesses the right to terminate a project or service agreement linked to this offer with written notice. Compensation for work completed until the termination point shall be in line with the terms of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability: Phylix disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages linked to the utilisation of services within this offer.

9. Indemnification: Clients undertake to indemnify and hold Phylix harmless against any claims, losses, or damages stemming from the client’s use of services within this offer or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in line with the United Arab Emirates, irrespective of its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments: We retain the prerogative to modify or update these Terms & Conditions for Phylix at any time, without prior notice. The latest version will be accessible on our website.
